📦 Delivery Policy

General
3BUTE B.V. supplies high-quality textile products from its own stock and via logistics partners. We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and other European countries.

Processing
time Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days.
Orders placed on working days before 12:00 will be processed on the same day where possible.

Delivery Methods
Depending on the type of product and the order size, delivery is carried out via parcel services or pallet transport.

  • Parcel deliveries: smaller orders and accessories
  • Length freight / rolls: long rolls of fabric
  • Pallet shipments: larger volumes or bulk orders

Orders can be combined into a single consignment where necessary.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on:

  • Weight and dimensions
  • Destination (country/region)
  • Type of consignment (parcel, length or pallet)

The exact delivery charges are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 2–3 working days
  • Belgium: 3–5 working days
  • Other EU countries: 3–7 working days

Different delivery times may apply to pallet shipments and bespoke orders.

International shipping
We deliver within the European Union. For business customers within the EU, VAT may be reverse-charged, provided a valid VAT number has been provided and verified.

Delivery and receipt
Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address.
The customer is responsible for providing correct address details.

Upon receipt, the customer must check the goods for visible damage. Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Absent / Failed delivery
If a delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may make a further delivery attempt or leave the parcel at a collection point. Any additional costs may be passed on.

Collection
If collection is an option, this will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.

Delays
Although we do our best to meet delivery times, no rights can be derived from these. Delays caused by carriers or external circumstances are beyond our control.
